To make this delicious rice recipe, put a skillet over medium heat and add 1 cup of tomato puree to it.Let it boil, then add 1 cup of rice and 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder and salt to taste.Mix all ingredients well and cook for 2-3 minutes.Enjoy the warmth.
Put a pressure cooker on medium heat and heat 1-2 teaspoons of ghee.Add 1 pinch of asafoetida, then 1 small onion (chopped) and saute for a minute.Then, add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and mix well.Cook until the original smell of garlic disappears.Next, add 1 small tomato (chopped) to it.Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.Then, add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric and garlic powder and salt to taste.Stir well, then add 1/2 cup rice and 1 cup green moon beans, wash and soak for 15-20 minutes.Next, add 2-3 cups of water and mix all ingredients.Cover and cook 2 whistles.Let the steam release on its own, and once done, serve with some ghee and curd.
