How to Make the Best Pork Chops – Deep Fryer Recipes

After the pork chops were rinsed and dried, all I had to do was brush each pork chop with a little olive oil and massage in.
Next I needed to season the ribs. The recipe calls for McCormick Chipotle seasoning and roasted garlic. But you can easily create your own mixes to your liking.
The only other preparation I needed to do for this recipe was preheat the deep fryer to 375F.
No matter what type of deep fryer you have, be sure to leave enough space for each pork chop in the basket.
My deep fryer has two baskets, so I cook the pork chop in each basket for 10 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other.
Since the meat was cut very thinly, my pork chops cooked quickly. In addition, the part of the cut that I chose definitely made the meat tastier.
The meat was ready in 15 minutes, just like the recipe said, and the pork chops retained their moisture thanks to a coating of olive oil.
This coating also allows the seasoning to better adhere to the meat, creating a nice seasoned crust on the ribs.
