Poached eggs are notoriously tricky. They can be easily broken, overused, or abused. Classic poached eggs are cooked in a pan on the stove. This recipe makes things a lot easier.
Erin explains: “All you have to do is pour some boiling water into the molds, beat the egg in them, and then toss it into the fryer at 340F (171C) for 11 minutes.
“That’s how it came out, the perfect poached egg every time and oh my god it looks so pretty.”

Of course, there are many other eggs that can be cooked for dinner. This includes scrambled eggs, a recipe that one foodie says is “better than Gordon Ramsay’s.”
Emily English is a British nutritionist and founder of Nutr, a food brand, with a degree from King’s College London.
“This is the best scrambled egg you’ve ever seen,” Emily says, describing the recipe as “a must-have way to keep the tastiest eggs of your life.”
However, you may prefer scrambled eggs, in which case try this “crispy egg” recipe.
The video, which has been viewed almost 900,000 times on TikTok, is served with crispy white omelet and runny saffron.
